Job Summary

Complete ownership and primary business driver of all accounts in EMEA & the Americas Evince, communicate, and drive company value to clients

Principal Accountabilities

  • Achieve full scale revenue potential and profitability for accounts handled
  • Ensure on time renewals and realization of revenue
  • Accurately forecast revenue on an ongoing basis
  • Negotiate, execute, and manage business agreements with clients
  • Project manage cutting edge, research-based data science projects
  • Ensure maintenance of MIS with up to date client information
  • Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns for the regions
  • Ownership of any other deliverable as may be assigned
  • Manage learning needs to ensure achievement of key deliverables

Primary Relationships

  • The position reports Head Customer Success
  • This position works closely with Clients and Engineering team.

Best fit profile

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
  • 7-10 years of experience in client facing / account management / customer advocacy roles
  • Experience in IT / SaaS industry a plus
  • Ability to interface and engage with CXOs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate opinions and positions
  • Ability to hit the ground running with a short training period
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Influencer, credible and well organized
  • Strategic thinker/planner & results oriented
  • Motivated and a drive to excel
