Job Summary

The position will report to the CEO and work closely with the Leadership Team in a fast-paced environment. Programs manage development of overall company strategy, business planning, performance analysis, liaison with business heads and cross functional teams to drive strategic growth levers and initiatives, developing business forecasts and tracking market trends. Develop internal teamwork successfully and work with high-value external stakeholder.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities of the CEO office.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Shape the business strategy through:
    1. Liaise with business, product & tech, and other functional teams to proactively identify, develop & drive strategies & initiatives
    2. Tracking industry trends & developing insights to drive differentiation. Conducting benchmarking studies with respect to competitors and international best practices
    3. Planning, organizing, & supporting primary research by working closely with internal teams and/ or external vendors
  • Act as a project manager for high level strategic initiatives, cross functional projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Assist in building artifacts, contents, and papers for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Organize and participate in executive meetings with CEO and management to discuss business issues, deliver progress reports and analysis of the problem, update processes and track actions/ execution.
  • Act as an interface for external stakeholders including partners, board members, investors, etc on behalf of the CEO’s office.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success.

Primary Relationships

  • The position reports to CEO
  • This position works closely with all Internal and External stakeholders.

Best fit profile

  • Engineering graduate with an MBA for Tier 1 Campus preferred.
  • 4 - 8 years in a business or executive management role
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives with global stakeholders
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on building cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Sound business acumen, strategy formulation, and understanding and analysis of financial and business metrics
  • Have attention to detail while demonstrating skills to multitask, plan, organize and prioritize under stringent deadlines.
