The job is for handling customers in India and abroad in Agri tech sector. The person in that position needs to have very good skills to handle large accounts, solutioning, running the operations, handling customer escalations, expanding the account given. The role requires to work for long hours, research, thinking out of the box and making the project successful by getting it renewed.

  • Very good communication skills in English. Written and verbal. Other languages like Hindi and regional languages also preferred
  • Ability to create very sound processes as per the need of the customer.
  • Solutioning mindset. Thinking out of the box for creative problem solving abilities.
  • Should be thorough to make the plan for implementation for a new project.
  • Experience in Analytics for the projects handled.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in negotiations and getting the deals.
  • Experience in conflict management.
  • Experience in handling international projects.
  • Team player. Should be able to utilize the team for maximum effect.
  • Should have done escalation handling for clients. Need to show with examples.
  • Good with numbers. Should be able to understand numbers and quickly work on any calculations.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. He / she needs to work extensively on the same.
  • Smart and confident of handling difficult situations when they arise with clients.
  • Positive outlook and never give up attitude.

BE , BTech, MBA , MTech

Work Experience

2 + years
Working in Operations / Service Delivery in IT company.
Customer Success manager / Assistant Manager / Associate Manager in IT company.
Management Trainee with 2 + years of experience in IT company.
