Role Description
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Amsterdam

CropIn is looking for Sales Director–Europe (Responsible for complete Europe market) who can
manage Sales accounts of major clients in Agri business. The International Sales Lead is required
to provide the sales Leadership for the complete Europe region with focus on B2B Sales.
The candidate should have good customer relationship management skills at all levels in order to
generate new business.

Responsibilities

● To grow CropIn’s customer base in Europe Markets
● To define country-level penetration strategy for different product lines in order to ensure
attainment of company’s sales targets
● Train business development teams on prospecting calls, product demonstrations,
proposals and closes
● Co-ordinate with operations and product teams to track project progress and relay
customer feedback / industry requirements
● Scale up existing customer base by cross-selling CropIn modules
● Build strategic partnerships that help with quicker market access and support them with
technical, project and marketing information
● Make recommendations to Marketing and PR teams on how to tailor campaigns and
content to capture individual markets

Qualifications

● 8+ years of B2B International Sales Experience
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a thorough knowledge of various
cultural nuances
● MBA from reputed institution preferred
● Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales preferred
● Action and results oriented with bunch of energy
● Good social competence, team player
● Should have worked with Development agencies/ Donor Agencies (World Bank/UNO/UN
