The Sales Enablement manager will be responsible to develop, deliver and maintain an effective and comprehensive enablement program to empower our global sales teams with the tools, knowledge and resources to make the sales repeatable, predictable and scalable. Global Sales Enablement team collaborates with all internal departments in Cropin to enable the sales team with the right tools, processes, collaterals, and knowledge required during a sales pursuit.
- ⦁ Support the sales and solutions team throughout the sales cycle by ensuring best in class sales tools, assets/collaterals, templates, processes and learning resources are regularly introduced and kept up to date
⦁ Document, refine and publish sales processes (define standard operating procedures)
⦁ Manage global sales onboarding programs for new hires in the sales and solutions role ;
⦁ Update, create and launch sales and solution onboarding courses
⦁ Roll out onboarding plans for each new hire in sales and solution role
⦁ Maintain the courses on the online learning portal (LMS)
⦁ Identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in the onboarding process
⦁ Proposal management;
⦁ Occasionally support sales in responding to RFPs
⦁ Create and update proposal documents/decks
⦁ Maintain RFP response database
⦁ Explore and implement RFP response automation technology
⦁ Work with the cross functional teams to publish impactful solution pitch decks, value selling assets, competitive insights, competitive differentiators, customer stories etc.
⦁ Responsible for driving adoption, value, and insights from the sales enablement platform (familiarity with Mindtickle/Seismic/Showpad/Highspot is recommended) ;
⦁ Update, maintain and measure the sales enablement platform
⦁ Help Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams publish and maintain internal and customer-facing content within the sales enablement platform
⦁ Drive Hubspot & the sales enablement platform as a strategic component for supporting ongoing GTM programs
⦁ Continually reinforce product knowledge and techniques for successful selling via training and evangelism
⦁ Help content owners simplify content management processes by sharing best practices, and upholding good content governance by driving accountability and buy-in across teams
