Software Engineer -TechOps

Good knowledge on Java, Spring boot services
Good knowledge on Angular Web UI
Knowledge on PostgreSQL DB
Knowledge on front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
Knowledge of backend components such Spring Framework, Spring Boot or any other MVC architectures.
Hands on experience working with APIs and microservices, integrating external and internal web services including SOAP/REST/JSON.
An ability to assess each customer data and provide valuable insights.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Good accurate records keeping and tracking Issues to closure.

Who should apply:

Candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of experience
Good communication skills, fast in interpreting the issues and the cause
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
An in depth understanding of the Software and Modules, customers are using
