He has more than 20 years of experience in building world-class marketing organizations with a focus on accelerating revenue and building brands with a purpose. Sujit’s business-oriented marketing philosophy coupled with strong execution capabilities has enabled organizations to scale and grow market share.
At Cropin, Sujit has focused on building a new product category in the agtech space, while creating a brand that is instrumental in accelerating digital and predictive intelligence-led transformation in the agriculture sector globally. He focuses on enhancing Cropin's brand positioning as the most admired deep tech company in the Agritech space, besides driving the adoption of Cropin’s solutions and customer advocacy across regions.
With his deep understanding of complex enterprise (B2B) purchase decision-making processes, Sujit has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Talented CMOs of India – 2013 by the CMO Council and World Brand Congress. Before joining Cropin, Sujit led global and regional marketing at technology leaders such as Google, AWS, NTT (Netmagic), McAfee and 3i Infotech. His most recent role was Head of Marketing, India for Google Cloud. Previously, he was VP of Global Marketing and Corporate Communications at Aranca and Head of Marketing for India at Amazon Web Services.
Sujit graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai with a Bachelor's Diploma in Hotel Operations and Business Management. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode’s Management Education Programme.
